Ok since you said very close twice to something around $2.10, or $2.40, I figured it has to be a multiple of 12 (a dozen) because it was clearly in your example. Since a dozen costed 75 cents, it would be either 0.75, 1.50, 2.25, 3.00 etc, But 2.25 was close since you said it was, so I figured it was 2.25
If you really want to know... I sort of found out (I know this is wrong, I was simplifying which produces estimate results) that the 4 hens lay 24.5 eggs, and the 2 ducks lay about 14, which is 38.5 (I know this is wrong). 38.5 divided by a dozen times 75 gave me the amount in cents. since you said it was close, I went back to the ducks because I know since its 1 3/4 in 1 3/4 in 1 3/4, You could just say it was 1 in 1 in 1 and there are 4 1 3/4 in 7. so basically each hen lays 1 3/4 x 4 eggs in a week, which is 7 (14 eggs). So ducks was right and hens was wrong so I went back and figured that the hens was somewhat less.,
^ I know you dont understand , I fail.
